Senior Analyst Developer, Ergon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer both technical and functional assistance for the Ergon system and its integrations;

• Identify and resolve incidents of low to medium complexity;

• Maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high-quality service;

• Investigate systemic errors and determine root causes related to usage, data, configuration, or integration;

• Conduct functional tests and simulations in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment;

• Examine integration flows among various systems;

• Decode JSON and XML messages;

• Test REST and SOAP APIs utilizing Postman and Swagger;

• Review HTTP status codes and integration logs;

• Execute SQL queries for data validation purposes;

• Assist development and architecture teams in root cause investigations;

• Aid in gathering technical evidence for N2/N3 analyses;

• Provide technical support for mission-critical systems;

• Perform functional analysis of business rules;

• Utilize tools such as Postman or Swagger;

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related IT disciplines (recognized by MEC);

• Basic proficiency in SQL queries;

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs;

• Knowledge of JSON and XML;

• Understanding of ITIL processes including incidents, requests, problems, and SLAs;

• Experience with ERP systems and programming in C;

• Background in HR, Payroll, or Financial modules;

• Experience in analyzing application and integration logs;

• Familiarity with UAT environments and functional testing;

• Prior experience in government support environments;
