Senior Analyst, Dental Network Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for all dental products for providers, sales and marketing, and Dental Service Centers to support the achievement of Aetna Key Performance Measures.

• Function as the intermediary with Primary Care Dentists and Specialists nationwide, ensuring provider retention within the PPO network.

• Cultivate and enhance provider relationships to promote network stability.

• Negotiate contractual terms and provider compensation packages.

• Provide timely responses to inquiries from Provider offices, including but not limited to termination requests, tax ID changes, hold requests, claim reimbursements, system issues, directory accuracy, and various contractual matters.

• Ensure documented resolutions and follow-ups are communicated to all involved parties.

• Present PPO plan designs, compensation processes, claim submission procedures, and referral policies during new office orientations and reorientations via telephone.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in roles such as Sales, Service, Dental Office, and/or payer settings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
