This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Compile monthly finance accrual suggestions for review by the Senior Manager.

• Responsible for overseeing and designing the team SharePoint site while identifying opportunities for enhancements based on team productivity trends and achievements to ensure the successful completion of the team's work and alignment with Navitus' strategic and business goals.

• Accountable for the quality, completeness, and accuracy of data within team workflow tools, including RFP/renewal deadlines and new client implementations.

• Responsible for the upkeep of frequently utilized resource documents on the team SharePoint site, such as the performance guarantee library, FAQs, subject matter experts, and standard performance guarantee contract exhibits.

• Mentor current and train new contract performance analysts while fostering positive communication within the entire contract performance team to achieve shared objectives.

• Support the Contract Performance team throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, which encompasses the following tasks: Reviewing RFP requested performance guarantees.

• Comparing them to previously requested guarantees for consistency.

• Presenting findings to the Contract Performance team.

• Conducting outreach for departmental approval of performance guarantees.

• Consolidating responses and reviewing them with the Contract Performance team.

• Delivering the RFP response to the Proposal team.

• Upon notification of a client win, reviewing service, network, and/or rebate guarantees agreed upon during the RFP process and informing operational areas.

• During contract negotiations, analyzing contract redlines, seeking departmental approval for any edits to performance guarantees, and preparing final recommendations.

• Upon receiving contract execution notification, communicating final contract guarantees to operational areas before the go-live date.

• Responsible for Performance Guarantee (PG) reporting, which includes monitoring the collection of monthly, quarterly, and annual service performance guarantee results from process owners.

• Identifying, researching, and facilitating corrective actions for missed guarantees in collaboration with process owners and the Client Services team, determining penalty payouts when applicable.

• Analyzing underperformance in network financial performance reports and notifying the Pharmacy Networks team to solicit causes and next steps if necessary.

• Assisting the Manager in the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of performance guarantee data repositories and report writing programs.

• Preparing PG-related reports for senior leadership as needed.

• Organizing, facilitating, and documenting meetings and discussions.

• Participating as a member of cross-functional workgroups, teams, and committees, as assigned.

• Assisting with the creation and upkeep of departmental work instructions.

• Performing other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent experience in business administration, contract management, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Practical experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capability to manage requirements, meet deadlines for deliverables, and maintain ongoing communication with business partners and internal clients regarding contract performance issues.

• Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and implement suitable solutions.

• Commitment to participating in, adhering to, and supporting compliance program objectives.

• A consistent ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
