Senior Analyst – Commercial Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Review and manage casino commercial agreements, ensuring that all contractual terms are accurately reflected in billing estimation reports.

• Confirm game commercial rates and pricing structures, ensuring consistency between contractual terms, internal expectations, and vendor invoices.

• Oversee the complete game vendor work order processes, including payment approvals and adherence to internal controls.

• Design, sustain, and consistently enhance monthly reporting and reconciliation processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational reports, encompassing total costs, key trends, and variance analysis.

• Relay monthly reporting results and commercial performance insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Collaborate with accounting teams to investigate invoice discrepancies, address billing issues, and recover outstanding marketing incentives or commercial credits.

• Gather availability reports from operational teams and compute applicable service credits in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Partner with data teams to ensure invoice precision and alignment across regulatory reporting requirements, time zones, and data sources.

• Ensure stakeholder alignment regarding ongoing deals, customized game agreements, minimum guarantees, and other temporary commercial arrangements.

• Assess investment efficiency for internal games, bespoke content, and branded opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Finance or a related accountancy qualification is preferred (ideally CIMA).

• Knowledge of the gaming industry is a must.

• Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting platforms is required.

• Proven creative thinking skills and a strong passion for data and reporting.

• A detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
