Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create impactful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

• Extend beyond mere report generation to include ownership of metrics, collaboration with stakeholders, and influence over BI standards and best practices.

• Act as a reliable partner to business leaders, collaborating closely with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Quality teams to ensure accurate, scalable reporting that aligns with enterprise definitions and priorities.

• Design, develop, and sustain intricate dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards that monitor essential business metrics and performance indicators.

• Convert vague business inquiries into precise metrics, calculations, and reporting solutions.

• Guarantee that reporting solutions are efficient, scalable, user-friendly, and adhere to visualization best practices.

• Assist stakeholders in interpreting results and comprehending business implications.

• Shape reporting priorities and influence analytical roadmaps based on business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role.

• Proficient SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.

• Extensive experience in building dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Strong understanding of KPI design, metric governance, and best practices in data visualization.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive projects from ambiguity to completion.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
