This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide analyses that align with the business objectives, goals, and performance metrics of clients.

• Play a key role in the development of advanced data platforms for a leading global firm.

• Collaborate with client leaders to identify business challenges and offer data-driven solutions.

• Construct intricate data pipelines for processing extensive datasets encompassing numerous features, delivering scalable actionable insights.

• Execute A/B testing and analyze customer journeys.

• Create engaging data narratives aligned with strategic objectives to foster business growth and improve the digital customer experience.

• Develop custom packages, pipelines, and frameworks for testing and auditing using Python and SQL.

• Research and devise algorithms utilizing baseline, ensemble, and deep learning methods.

• Define work efforts and create plans that involve a global team.

• Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members.

• Facilitate team engagement and performance management, including conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

• Advise on data strategies and take ownership of their implementation when necessary.

• Enhance analyst productivity and automate routine requests.

• Engage in business development activities, including drafting proposals for new initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, analytics, and consulting services.

• Strong foundational programming skills.

• High level of proficiency in modeling with Python.

• Skilled in complex querying, joining, and manipulating raw datasets for analysis using SQL.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong data storytelling capabilities; this position is client-facing.

• Proficient in Tableau (or PowerBI / Spotfire / Looker).

• Solid understanding of business finance.

• Excellent problem-solving and consulting abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a balanced focus on quality and delivery speed.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred) or any other engineering discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
