This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Spearhead the transition of digital contact center operations from Genesys and LivePerson to Amazon Connect.
• Design and execute solutions for chat, chatbot, SMS, email, and WhatsApp utilizing Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Create and integrate custom chat widgets and portals, incorporating JWT authentication and secure API calls.
• Build and sustain custom widgets leveraging AWS SDKs and APIs to enhance experiences for both agents and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Implement GenAI-driven solutions for customer and agent interactions using Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, and other large language models (LLMs).
• Ensure comprehensive security, scalability, and compliance across all digital implementations.
• Diagnose and refine Amazon Connect digital configurations, including routing, flows, and channel setups.
• Over 5 years of experience in contact center platforms, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Amazon Connect.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in implementing digital channels (chat, chatbot, SMS, email, WhatsApp).
• Strong expertise in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Cognito, etc.
• Experience with JWT configuration, secure API calls, and chat widget/portal integration.
• Demonstrated capability to create custom widgets using AWS SDKs and APIs.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and frameworks (Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing digital routing and flows in Amazon Connect.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a capacity to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with migrations from Genesys and LivePerson.
• Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) and compliance frameworks like HIPAA.
• Understanding of Amazon Kendra or similar AI-driven search solutions.
• Experience with LLMs, Foundation Models, and Small Language Models in customer experience scenarios.
