Senior AI/ML Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and construct production-ready AI/ML systems that prioritize high reliability and scalability.

• Engage extensively with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks.

• Fine-tune and enhance models for optimal real-world performance and efficiency.

• Create and implement edge AI and computer vision solutions.

• Architect and realize distributed, high-availability AI systems.

• Optimize workloads across various GPU architectures and compute environments.

• Develop on-demand LLM systems and intelligent automation pipelines.

• Conduct research and development of robotics teleoperation systems in simulation (MuJoCo, Isaac).

• Construct scene and task generation toolchains within robotics simulators.

• Develop reactive 3DGS-based end-to-end autonomous driving (E2E-AD) closed-loop simulators.

• Deploy and train E2E-AD algorithms (UniAD, VAD, VADv2, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in AI/ML product development.

• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI workflows.

• Solid foundation in computer vision and deep learning methodologies.

• Familiarity with simulation environments (MuJoCo, Isaac, or equivalent).

• Understanding of GPU architecture and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience in building scalable, distributed systems.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, optimization, and system design principles.

• Proficiency in Python and contemporary ML/DL frameworks.

• Experience in comprehensive product development (beyond just research).

• Insight into product-market fit and go-to-market strategies.

• Capability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

• Entrepreneurial mindset or prior experience in product development.
