Senior AI/ML Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for development teams, data scientists, and AI engineers.

• Establish deployment strategies for the AI Center, encompassing resource allocation and timelines.

• Guarantee the integration of AI solutions with existing legacy systems and IT infrastructure.

• Design and execute machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) models.

• Enhance algorithms for optimal performance in big data and cloud computing settings.

• Create data pipelines for training and validating models.

• Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to monitor objectives and deliverables.

• Prepare technical and management reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to AI security and ethics regulations (e.g., LGPD).

• Promote research into cutting-edge technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing).

• Collaborate with academic institutions and strategic partners within the innovation ecosystem.

• Enhance team skills through mentoring and technical training initiatives.

• Formulate test plans for the functional and performance validation of AI systems.

• Conduct unit, integration, and field tests to verify robustness and reliability.

• Identify and rectify bugs, optimizing code for better performance.

• Work closely with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Engage in project meetings for technical alignment and requirements specification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Demonstrated experience in software development, particularly in AI/ML projects.

• Experience in leading technical teams and managing intricate projects.

• Proven experience in deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and integrating with high-availability systems.

• Knowledge of privacy and ethics regulations relevant to AI (e.g., LGPD).

• Proficient in programming languages: Python, R, SQL, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

• Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins).
