Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director - Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series simultaneously (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute per episode plus a trailer).

• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot to ensure character consistency, handle casting, and generate trailers.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will develop scripts and drive the storytelling and creative process.

• We will provide training in AI content creation. If you possess a strong background in film editing, you will adapt quickly.

• Work alongside our team of AI content creators, technical team, fellow short film directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.

• Strong scripting abilities: adept at crafting hooks, cliffhangers, and escalating tension minute by minute.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. We will help you become proficient swiftly.

• Experience with platforms focused on vertical drama.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (must be fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and dedication.

• Proactive mindset - we are moving rapidly and require individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Highly focused on speed, performance, and iterative improvement.

• Humble and open to learning, as well as receptive to feedback.
