Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series concurrently (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute per episode plus a trailer).

• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot to ensure character consistency, casting, and trailer production.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will craft scripts and drive the storytelling.

• We will provide training in AI content creation. If you possess a solid background in film editing, you will adapt quickly.

• Work alongside our team of AI Content Creators, technical team, fellow Short Film Directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative videos.

• Strong instincts for scripting: creating hooks, cliffhangers, and ensuring minute-to-minute escalation.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. We will help you become proficient quickly.

• Experience with platforms focused on vertical drama content.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - we operate at a rapid pace and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.
