Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series at any given time (10–15 episodes each, approximately 1 minute per episode plus a trailer).

• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot for maintaining character consistency, casting, and generating trailers.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will develop scripts and bring the narrative to life.

• We will provide training in AI content creation. A strong background in film editing will help you learn rapidly.

• Work alongside our team of AI Content Creators, technical team, fellow Short Film Directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.

• Strong instincts for scripting: crafting hooks, cliffhangers, and escalating tension minute by minute.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools like Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. Training will be provided to help you become an expert quickly.

• Previous experience with vertical drama platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.

• A proactive mindset - we are progressing rapidly and require individuals who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Highly focused on speed, performance, and iteration.

• Humble and open to learning, willing to accept feedback.
