Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series simultaneously (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute per episode plus a trailer).

• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot to ensure character consistency, casting, and generate trailers.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You are responsible for creating scripts and crafting the storytelling.

• Work in partnership with our team of AI Content Creators, technical team, fellow Short Film Directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.

• Strong instinct for scripting: crafting hooks, cliffhangers, and escalating tension minute-by-minute.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. We will help you become proficient swiftly.

• Experience with platforms that focus on vertical drama.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (must be fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - we are moving rapidly and require individuals who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy.
