Senior AI Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, integration, and delivery of solutions driven by Agentic AI and Generative AI within the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to convert requirements into scalable AI-enabled systems and low-code applications.

• Create, implement, and sustain innovative and secure technology solutions that utilize Agentic AI capabilities, Generative AI models, Microsoft Copilot, and third-party AI solutions outside of Microsoft.

• Establish and convey a cohesive architectural vision for AI, Agentic AI, and automation solutions that aligns with the enterprise strategy, governance standards, and long-term technology objectives.

• Lead the formulation of the enterprise AI/GenAI strategy and its technical architecture.

• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to integrate Generative AI capabilities into current systems and workflows.

• Continuously track industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Work alongside IT teams, consultants, and domain experts to ensure AI outputs are seamlessly incorporated into business processes.

• Supervise the deployment of AI applications into production environments, emphasizing performance, reliability, and ongoing optimization.

• Facilitate feasibility assessments, proofs-of-concept, and the successful scaling of AI solutions throughout the enterprise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and collaboratively develop AI-driven and agentic solutions.

• Oversee the evaluation, design, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, components of the Power Platform, and third-party AI tools.

• Ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.

• Offer guidance on cloud architecture and governance best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience that supports analytical and technical thinking.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT/software development.

• Proven experience in innovation and change leadership to guide teams through new technologies, AI adoption, and process transformation initiatives.

• Strong communication and presentation skills capable of translating complex technical concepts to executives, stakeholders, and non-technical teams.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agent, and at least three (3) years of experience with Azure Cloud Services.

• Expertise in AI solution architecture, experience with generative AI tools, and familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks.

• Experience in enterprise system integration with an understanding of connectors, APIs, and governance.

• Background in Business Analysis.

• Knowledge of data modeling and Agile methodologies.
