Senior AI Research Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Fine-tune LLMs utilizing RL and other state-of-the-art methods.

• Develop conversational workflows that incorporate tool calls and static knowledge.

• Collaborate with agent teams to integrate business logic into conversations.

• Utilize multimodal approaches to enhance the conversational user experience.

• Innovate and create new methods for accelerating inference.

• Practical experience with post-training on LLMs.

• Comprehensive understanding of RL methodologies, including GRPO, DAPO, and others.

• Resourceful and innovative approaches to constructing end-to-end systems.
