Senior AI Prompt Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create AI solutions by developing advanced agents and prompts, ensuring smooth integration with current residential real estate systems and operational processes.

• Ensure that AI models and solutions are designed with scalability, reliability, and compliance in mind, addressing ethical AI issues and industry regulations.

• Adhere to SitusAMC standard processes and procedures during AI development.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the delivery team, offering guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

• Assist in defining and refining acceptance criteria and success metrics for backlog tickets to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment with expected outcomes.

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of the delivery team's work; identify trends, document findings, and propose corrective actions and process enhancements.

• Serve as a designated back-up for the VP during their absences or as required; ensure operational continuity and timely communication with stakeholders.

• Represent team standards and processes in meetings and working sessions; ensure that guidance and decisions are documented and communicated to the team.

• Collaborate with the VP, stakeholders, and relevant partner teams to aid in project planning, execution, and end-to-end testing.

• Implement high-impact AI use cases in areas such as service and product automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain and continuously enhance training documentation, job aids, and process references for the delivery team.

• Plan and conduct onboarding and ongoing training for the delivery team, ensuring a consistent understanding of standards, workflows, and quality expectations.

• Collaborate with the Training department to develop and launch formal training curricula when suitable; gather requirements, validate content accuracy, and support rollout and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically including over 1 year in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to align product decisions with organizational strategy.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Previous experience as a subject matter expert or trainer embedded in a delivery team.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
