This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
β’ Outline, prioritize, and oversee the implementation of platform capabilities that convert modern AI technologies into practical, dependable, and quantifiable business value.
β’ Serve as the product owner and lead delivery across various scrum teams.
β’ Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers, Support Engineers, Architects, Product leaders, AI specialists, Business stakeholders, and Operational leaders.
β’ Develop and maintain the roadmap for Enterprise AI Platform capabilities.
β’ Prioritize team backlogs based on business value, user impact, risks, dependencies, and platform strategy.
β’ Convert business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable results.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, architecture, AI, support, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality AI capabilities for production.
β’ Keep abreast of emerging AI tools, models, workflows, and platform patterns.
β’ Assist teams in operating efficiently by applying Agile practices in a practical manner, rather than performatively.
β’ Over 7 years of professional experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, technology delivery, software engineering, quality engineering, or a related area.
β’ More than 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role supporting software delivery teams.
β’ Proven experience in providing product ownership or delivery leadership across multiple scrum teams, products, workstreams, or complex initiatives.
β’ Experience in managing or supporting product roadmaps, team backlogs, feature prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning.
β’ Proficient in translating business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
β’ Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and contemporary software development life cycle practices.
β’ Ability to apply Agile practices pragmatically, leveraging planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and team coordination to enhance delivery, alignment, or continuous improvement.
β’ Experience collaborating closely with software delivery teams that consist of Software Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers, Support Engineers, and Quality Engineers.
β’ Capability to prioritize tasks based on business value, user impact, technical risk, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
β’ Experience in supporting user acceptance testing, release readiness, product validation, and feedback loops.
β’ Ability to utilize product discovery techniques, lightweight prototypes, demos, workflow diagrams, or AI-assisted tools to validate user needs and enhance stakeholder alignment.
β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Strong analytical skills, capable of using data, feedback, and KPIs to inform product decisions.
β’ Ability to create clarity in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
β’ Demonstrated curiosity and quick learning ability in a fast-evolving technical landscape.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
