Senior AI Product Manager – Agents

Posted Jun 20

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create starter kits and accelerator kits: Assemble your agents, orchestration patterns, and workflows into reusable kits that empower business delivery teams to embrace agentic execution during their client interactions. You will facilitate adoption by simplifying the use and extension of your creations.

• Plan and develop agentic systems: Collaborate with the business team to pinpoint opportunities, then design, create, and implement the agents that drive our coordinated execution systems. These frameworks will serve as the foundation for enabling others to develop customized solutions as well. You will work to integrate these agents into comprehensive workflows that transform fragmented manual tasks into scalable, intelligent systems.

• Manage workstreams throughout the delivery workflow: Function as the day-to-day product lead across essential workstreams within the agentic delivery workflow. You will outline the “how” for your areas of responsibility, translating strategic vision into actionable plans and advancing progress across cross-functional teams.

• Influence the Growth Intelligence integration: Collaborate with data science, engineering, and client teams to establish how structured business context — including experiment results, market signals, compliance guidelines, design system specifications, and partner configurations — is made accessible and actionable by the agents you develop.

• Evaluate and communicate impact: Set success criteria for your workstreams, monitor outcomes, and convey ROI and areas for improvement to leadership. You are accountable for the results of what you deliver.

⛳️ Requirements

• You’re a builder: Proficient in writing prompts, reading code, creating prototypes, and debugging agent behavior. You possess a solid technical and data foundation that allows you to collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers while also being a direct contributor to the systems you’re developing.

• Systems thinker: Capable of deconstructing complex processes into individual tasks that agents can perform, linking those tasks into orchestrated workflows, and designing the intelligence layer that enhances the entire system over time. You conceptualize compounding systems rather than one-off automations.

• Innovative, entrepreneurial, and resourceful: You excel in 0→1 environments, navigating ambiguity, testing new capabilities, and developing new playbooks. You find motivation in creating things that have not existed before and are comfortable operating at the cutting edge of what’s achievable with agentic development to deliver substantial business value.

• Influential communicator: You express ideas clearly, build trust among cross-functional and client stakeholders, and foster alignment in uncertain environments. You can explain the “why” behind technical choices to non-technical audiences and unite teams around a common vision.

• Agentic Builder and Deployer: You have experience in building and deploying agents and agentic workflows that address real challenges, progressing beyond demonstrations to create systems that function in production. You understand how to define an agent’s role, connect it to data sources and tools, establish its rules of engagement, and integrate multiple agents into dependable systems, while managing practical constraints such as reliability, orchestration, evaluation, and governance. You are well-versed in the development patterns emerging within agentic environments like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, OpenClaw, NemoClaw, or similar tools, utilizing them regularly to build and orchestrate.

• Navigating complex, cross-functional environments: Experience in influencing cross-functional leaders, managing competing priorities, and making impactful product decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.

• Achieving measurable business outcomes through AI/ML: A proven history of driving behavioral change, optimizing key metrics, and showcasing clear ROI through AI-powered products or systems.

• Data and analytics proficiency: Comfortable with SQL, Python, data modeling, experimentation frameworks, and the analytical rigor necessary to assess whether agentic systems are delivering genuine value versus merely executing tasks.
