Senior AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead our AI-centric engineering initiatives

• Design and execute strategies utilizing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, and GPT APIs

• Create, develop, and uphold robust, scalable, and secure features throughout our product offerings

• Establish benchmarks for code quality and engineering excellence

• Remain at the forefront of AI software development trends and contribute to the technical roadmap

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software development

• In-depth knowledge of modern backend or full-stack technologies (Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or React)

• Proven experience in utilizing AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, GPT APIs)

• Significant experience with AI tools and LLMs, including frameworks such as LangChain or direct usage of the OpenAI API

• Strong dedication to code quality, security, and performance

• Demonstrated technical leadership skills, including mentoring junior developers and overseeing complex projects from inception to completion

• Exceptional communication skills in English
