📋 Description

• Create a marketplace for film crews that connects production teams with talent from around the world.

• Implement features that facilitate real-time coordination and logistics for crew members on set.

• Develop AI-driven functionalities utilizing various generative models (OpenAI, Fal.ai, Nano Banana 2, Seedance).

• Build full-stack features using a React frontend, Node.js backend, and MongoDB.

• Deliver features in MVP state rapidly—within hours rather than weeks—allowing for quick iteration and significant autonomy.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on recent full-stack projects.

• Proven track record of deploying AI-integrated features in a production environment.

• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

• Experience in calling and managing third-party AI model APIs.

• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).

• Capability to write steering files and establish disciplined AI workflows.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, at a conversational to professional level.
