Senior AI Platform & Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior AI Platform & Enablement Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert on how our data community can effectively utilize and enhance their experience with Databricks.

• Establish standards, create guidance, and foster a vibrant community of data scientists who are prepared to implement contemporary practices.

• Advocate for the capabilities of Databricks across all data science teams.

• Plan and conduct internal community training sessions and practical workshops.

• Develop and sustain a community of practice focused on AI/ML.

• Outline organization-wide protocols for the application of generative AI versus traditional machine learning techniques.

• Set MLOps and AI Ops standards that encompass model lifecycle management, monitoring, governance, and deployment methodologies.

• Gather feedback on challenges and obstacles to adoption from teams and relay this information to platform owners.

• Assess new features and GenAI tools, providing recommendations for their adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or roles related to AI platforms.

• Proven hands-on experience with Databricks in a production setting.

• A strong history of facilitating technology adoption on a large scale, with enablement experience considered a significant asset.

• Experience in defining MLOps or AI Ops practices across various teams or business units.
