• Develop, test, and implement automation solutions and AI-driven tools that enhance workflows and expedite marketing operations, as well as streamline go-to-market strategies.

• Integrate APIs and design MCP servers to facilitate seamless interaction between internal systems.

• Work in collaboration with marketing, product, and security teams to create and automate the production of branded documents and marketing materials, ensuring uniformity across all go-to-market resources.

• Continuously explore, experiment, and implement the latest GenAI technologies into Qohash’s AI automation strategy.

• Quickly prototype and refine intelligent workflows, achieving results in days or weeks rather than months.

• Directly contribute to the Qohash Deal Desk by incorporating AI capabilities into sales enablement and execution processes.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Engage in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster an AI-first engineering culture.

• Over 7 years of experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, and Java).

• Strong proficiency in API integrations and automation workflows.

• Practical experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK).

• Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar).

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems swiftly, and deliver results efficiently.
