Senior AI-First Full-Stack Engineer, Test Automation, Platform Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founder to gain insights into the platform, codebase, agentic development methodology, and desired product functionality.

• Evaluate AI and agent-generated code for aspects such as modularity, maintainability, hidden vulnerabilities, silent failures, and inadequate integration boundaries.

• Develop automated test coverage for high-risk workflows, cross-portal user journeys, permissions, integrations, data persistence, and API failure scenarios.

• Execute Playwright and API-level test automation, set up test data, perform CI checks, and generate failure artifacts like traces, screenshots, and logs.

• Enhance practices in development and staging environments, refine CI/CD workflows, conduct release verifications, and establish monitoring feedback loops.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite the creation of tests, reproduction of bugs, code reviews, and remediation efforts while upholding engineering standards.

• Establish a prioritized list of technical improvements, test expansions, refactoring initiatives, and automation possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior full-stack engineering experience with contemporary web platforms, preferably Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, and GitHub-based delivery.

• Proficient, hands-on experience with Playwright or other similar automated testing frameworks.

• Familiarity with tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic/AI-assisted development solutions in actual delivery workflows.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, observability, and a focus on release quality.

• Capacity to identify silent failure paths, fragile agent-generated code, weak modularity, and absent testability hooks.
