Senior AI Engineer – Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Design and develop core functionalities of the product

• Define technical architecture in collaboration with the team

• Build robust conversational systems (text and voice)

• Design agent flows (orchestration, tools, memory, handoffs)

• Integrate external APIs (CRMs, client systems, etc.)

• Optimize latency, costs, and performance of AI models

• Establish technical standards and best practices

• Propose continuous improvements in architecture and user experience

• High level of autonomy

• Product mindset (business impact)

• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments

• Clear and direct communication

• Solid technical judgment

• Design of multi-agent systems

• Experience working with spec-driven AI approaches

• Fluent in English
