This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Execute orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and validator agents utilizing graph-aware tools.
• Construct hybrid search pipelines (lexical + vector) and incorporate vector databases such as FAISS, Milvus, or Pinecone.
• Integrate LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) while providing support for domain-specific fine-tuning or adapter models.
• Develop robust API endpoints and ETL pipelines to facilitate model and agent runtimes.
• Create evaluation suites to ensure reliability, detect drift, and optimize performance.
• 3-6+ years of substantial Python engineering experience.
• A solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning principles, with the capability to design experiments, assess model robustness, and reduce bias.
• Expertise in Graph Theory, Knowledge Graph modeling, and GNNs.
• Practical experience with RAG, Agentic frameworks, and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in constructing data pipelines, implementing chunking strategies, and managing large datasets.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong Git discipline, unit testing capabilities, and experience in agile pod environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a sharp attention to detail.
