Senior AI Engineer, Java

• - Backend Architecture & Development: Create, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance microservices utilizing Java 17/21+ and the Spring Boot framework.

• - Agentic System Design: Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like Spring AI or LangChain4j. Build systems that are capable of multi-step reasoning, dynamic tool usage, and efficient memory management.

• - LLM Integration: Incorporate commercial Azure Co-pilot into enterprise applications through robust RESTful APIs.

• - Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Develop, test, and manage complex prompts to guarantee deterministic, safe, and precise model outputs. Utilize skills and agents md files for long-term maintenance.

• - System Reliability: Establish guardrails, rate limiting, fallback mechanisms, and observability tracing for AI features to ensure enterprise-level reliability and security.

• - Collaboration: Engage closely with App Engineers, product managers, data specialists, and frontend developers to outline AI use cases and provide seamless end-to-end user experiences in Mobile Apps.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Key Qualifications:**

• - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• - Minimum of 8 years of pertinent professional experience for this position.

• - Previous experience as a Java Developer.

• - Proficiency in prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning.

• - Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.

• - Strong technical writing abilities for documenting APIs, architecture, and developer guides.
