This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development of AI-driven solutions, which encompass designing RAG models, agent workflows, and multi-step reasoning models.
• Create agentic automation solutions aimed at enhancing IT business processes.
• Conduct analysis of unstructured data.
• Integrate ML/GenAI models and orchestrate LLMs into end-user AI applications.
• Engage in research and remain informed about the latest advancements in AI technologies.
• Convert AI research findings into actionable business solutions.
• Lead and actively contribute to AI engineering projects from conception to execution.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in data engineering, ML engineering, data science, analytics, GenAI, and business stakeholders.
• Take part in code reviews and assist in the creation of technical documentation.
• Keep abreast of developments in ML, GenAI, and analytics.
• Share insights with peers, enhance team learning, and pursue opportunities for professional development.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years, Master’s degree with over 3 years, or PhD with no prior AI/ML experience in the industry.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for solving real-world challenges in fields such as forecasting, pricing, customer analytics, sales planning, computer vision, and operational optimization.
• Proficiency in the latest AI tools and platforms, including MCP, A2A, AWS Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, foundational models for LLMs, and agentic orchestration & monitoring platforms like LangGraph/LangSmith.
• Expertise in GenAI model development, AI agent design and orchestration, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Transformers, Self-Supervised Learning, and tuning of LLMs.
• Comprehensive understanding of analytics practices relevant to commercial operations, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing, and finance.
• Strong capability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
• Proven track record of success in cross-functional, hybrid, and virtual teams.
