This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Take ownership of the architecture for AI initiatives.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and conduct design reviews.

• Design agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Contribute to the development of reference architectures, skills, prompts, and MCP servers.

• Assist in expanding our OpenAI and Anthropic practices.

• Collaborate with senior architects and engineers on challenging tasks.

• Bridge the gap between business objectives and engineering feasibility.

• Communicate clearly, present effectively, and engage in constructive disagreement.

• Contribute to internal intellectual property.

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise software, data, or AI architecture.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in architecting or deploying generative AI or agentic systems.

• Proven track record of taking ownership of significant technical projects as a technical lead, senior engineer, or architect.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, both written and verbal, for technical and management audiences.

• Practical experience with the Azure AI stack.

• Practical experience with the OpenAI platform.

• Practical experience with the Anthropic platform.

• Microsoft Certified, Azure AI Engineer Associate (or a commitment to obtain within 90 days of employment).

• Willingness to pursue Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
