Senior AI Engineer – Cloud Code

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Developing a robust, enterprise-grade agentic AI platform for a prominent media and broadcasting technology firm.

• Utilizing the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore ecosystem to facilitate intelligent automation across various SaaS platforms.

• Enabling conversational AI interfaces to support operations management, knowledge retrieval, and data analysis.

• Engineered to accommodate over 50,000 daily interactions while ensuring tenant isolation and security protocols.

• Concentrating on hybrid knowledge base integration, gateway development, and orchestration of agentic skills.

• Executing a dual-layer security framework with human-in-the-loop governance for managing operational changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in AWS Bedrock & AgentCore components (Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, Observability).

• Experience in Python development with AI/ML frameworks (Strands, LangChain, or similar).

• Knowledge of vector databases & RAG architectures (OpenSearch, Pinecone, or similar).

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) & API gateway integration.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Understanding of agentic SDLC practices (prompt engineering, evaluation, human-in-the-loop workflows).

• Experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, CloudWatch).

• Nice-to-have experience:

• Implementation of LLM security & guardrails (prompt injection prevention, content filtering).

• Multi-tenancy & identity management experience in SaaS environments.

• Skills in intent classification & conversational flow management.

• Expertise in observability & performance monitoring (distributed tracing, token analytics).

• Familiarity with LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation patterns & quality assurance pipelines.

• Experience in event-driven architectures & real-time telemetry processing.

• Knowledge of foundation model selection, fine-tuning & prompt optimization.
