Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance agents and workflows utilizing MCP-based architectures.

• Create RAG pipelines and context-retrieval systems employing vector databases.

• Integrate agents with APIs, tools, and external services to facilitate complex processes.

• Develop agents in Python using Google ADK.

• Construct and uphold agentic flows with LangChain and LangGraph.

• Integrate AI models and services through Vertex AI and Gemini models.

• Implement build, test, and deployment pipelines for agents and workflows.

• Establish architectural standards, reusable components, and technical governance guidelines for the platform.

• Ensure solution observability via logs, metrics, and tracing.

• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain consistent integration between AI agents and enterprise applications.

• Design solutions that align with business processes, integrations, and objectives.

• Ensure that developed components are scalable, reusable, and ready for ongoing evolution.

• Strong proficiency in Python development.

• Practical experience in building agents, intelligent workflows, and integrations with generative AI models.

• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph.

• Understanding of MCP-based architectures.

• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.

• Proficient in integrating APIs, tools, and external services.

• Experience with Vertex AI and Gemini models.

• Knowledge of application build, test, and deployment methodologies.

• Ability to define technical standards, reusable abstractions, and engineering best practices.

• Experience with observability, including logs, metrics, and tracing.

• Capability to collaborate with engineering, architecture teams, and technical squads.

• Systemic thinking to comprehend data flows, integrations, and constraints within enterprise environments.
