Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance machine learning pipelines to facilitate automated workflows within Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding.

• Supervise the development and deployment of AI infrastructure utilizing enterprise data lakes and cloud services.

• Spearhead the integration of AI functionalities into existing legacy systems and financial platforms.

• Set MLOps best practices and establish technical KPIs for system uptime, model latency, and infrastructure efficiency.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineering personnel.

• Advise the Managing Director on technical priorities and ensure effective AI governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning operations.

• Proficient in designing scalable data pipelines and achieving measurable technical results.

• Extensive knowledge of Python, SQL, and enterprise cloud data platforms.

• Capability to convert business operational requirements into technical architecture.

• Experience in financial services or fund administration is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Strong technical leadership and mentorship abilities.
