• Develop production capabilities for our PM Agent, Execution Agent, and External Onboarding Agent.
• Contribute to the MCP server, which serves as the platform layer linking these agents to TaskRay's project, customer, and onboarding information.
• Create prompts, agent loops, and tool integrations that ensure customer-grade reliability.
• Take ownership of subsystems from start to finish: retrieval pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt libraries, tool registries, and the associated observability.
• Collaborate with design partner customers to deploy customized agent workflows that inform our productization efforts.
• Develop integrations with related systems where agents require them, such as Google Drive, calendars, meeting transcripts, document stores, and CRM data.
• Write clean, well-documented code that your colleagues will appreciate.
• Actively participate in establishing our agentic coding standards and practices.
• You have deployed LLM-based features to production users and have experienced the transition from a functioning demo to a system that effectively serves clients.
• Practical experience with retrieval pipelines, agent loops utilizing tools, and the evaluations that ensure their integrity.
• Strong proficiency in Python (the primary language of the AI stack), with hands-on experience in deploying real-world systems.
• Experience integrating LLM provider APIs (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar) into actual applications, including evaluations, prompt refinement, and managing costs and latency.
• Excellent written communication skills. You can clearly articulate technical decisions to product teams, customer success, and the customers themselves.
• Strongly Preferred: Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent orchestration tools.
• An interest in the Salesforce platform. While prior knowledge isn't required, you should be eager to learn about integrating agents with the primary system where most enterprise customer-facing activities occur.
• Experience with compound or agentic coding workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
• Comfort in customer-facing technical environments, including design partner collaborations and virtual customer demonstrations.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Every other Friday off, along with a team that values your personal time.
• Flexible paid time off (PTO).
• 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave, and 16 weeks for birthing individuals.
