Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing and constructing multi-agent systems

• Creating and refining strategies for prompt engineering, including assessment and iterative improvements

• Integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI technologies into cloud-based applications and APIs

• Developing agent-based workflows and solutions for AI automation

• Continuously exploring, assessing, and implementing new AI tools, models, and frameworks

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Python for developing AI applications

• Significant background with agent frameworks and multi-agent system architectures

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or comparable frameworks relevant to agentic workflows

• Experience in designing and implementing knowledge bases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)

• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models)

• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and ethical AI practices

• Proficiency in spoken and written English
