Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of high-impact Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Integrate language models, advanced architectures, and modern tools.

• Build scalable, secure products that align with business objectives.

• Manage the development and implementation of RAG pipelines.

• Orchestrate intelligent agents using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

• Work with vector databases and cloud environments applying DevOps practices.

• Design and execute data pipelines for training and fine-tuning models.

• Perform fine-tuning of models using techniques with frameworks like Hugging Face.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have 4 years or more of experience in software development or Artificial Intelligence.

• You are a professional in fields focused on Engineering or related areas.

• You possess experience in LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agent orchestration.

• You have knowledge of Azure cloud, DevOps (CI/CD, Docker), and backend development in Golang.

• You have experience in fine-tuning models and working with frameworks like Hugging Face.
