Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Convert AI solution concepts and technical specifications into functional, production-ready implementations.

• Assist in the delivery process from proof of concept (POC) through to initial implementation and handover.

• Design, construct, and deploy agentic systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.

• Develop and deploy AI solutions across cloud platforms, particularly focusing on GCP, with familiarity in AWS and Azure.

• Employ robust software architecture principles in the design and implementation of solutions.

• Implement solutions while considering security, governance, and data protection requirements.

• Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to refine technical requirements and define delivery scope.

• Operate independently from technical briefs with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior AI Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, or a similar position.

• Documented experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications in production settings.

• Practical experience with LLM-based workflows, agentic systems, and RAG architectures.

• Strong background in API integration and a solid understanding of cloud-native application development.

• Experience working with GCP (preferred), along with exposure to AWS and Azure.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and best practices in the SDLC.

• Capability to work with partially defined requirements and adapt to evolving project scopes.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the skill to balance speed, quality, and practical constraints.
