Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and launch applications powered by AI utilizing Large Language Models.

• Design and execute Agentic AI solutions capable of performing multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows.

• Develop and sustain AI agents and workflows for agent orchestration that coordinate various tasks, services, and external systems.

• Integrate AI functionalities with enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party services.

• Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable AI solutions.

• Implement Spec-Driven Development practices to enhance solution quality, traceability, and consistency in implementation.

• Utilize AI-driven software development lifecycle practices to expedite development, testing, documentation, and delivery processes.

• Assess, test, and refine AI models to enhance response quality, dependability, and overall performance.

• Engage in architecture discussions and contribute to the design of AI platforms and solutions.

• Document AI solutions, workflows, and implementation patterns to ensure long-term maintainability.

• Remain updated on advancements in AI technologies and suggest opportunities to enhance engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with substantial experience in developing AI-powered applications.

• In-depth experience working with Large Language Models and contemporary AI platforms.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.

• Proficiency in developing and managing workflows for AI agent orchestration.

• Experience in integrating AI applications with REST APIs and enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with applying Spec-Driven Development methodologies in software projects.

• Knowledge of AI-driven SDLC practices and the use of AI tools to enhance software engineering workflows.

• Strong skills in software design, architecture, and problem-solving.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.

• Capability to translate intricate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Experience in Agile development environments.
