Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and AI Agents.

• Engage in activities ranging from experimentation to production implementation.

• Convert complex challenges into scalable, intelligent, and results-oriented applications.

• Technically lead AI initiatives.

• Make architectural decisions for AI solutions.

• Create scalable solutions utilizing GenAI and AI Agents.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Share knowledge and monitor the progress of the AI ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in Python development.

• Experience with Java and/or JavaScript.

• Background in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) projects.

• Experience in developing AI Agents.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.

• Familiarity with MLOps.

• Understanding of Data Engineering.

• Experience in defining and implementing architectures for AI-based solutions.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Plus: experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit).

• Plus: experience with CrewAI.

• Plus: knowledge of other frameworks for developing AI agents.

• Plus: experience in innovation and applied research environments.

• Plus: experience in projects utilizing multiple LLMs.

• Hands-on profile, architectural vision, and the ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions for the business.
