This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop AI-Driven Content Systems
• Design and implement AI Controllers that encapsulate visual logic (composition, layout, constraints) into reusable frameworks
• Convert creative direction into organized pipelines (for instance, transforming logo safe zones into enforceable spatial constraints)
• Create templates that deliver uniform outputs across thousands of variations
• Construct and enhance ComfyUI pipelines that incorporate multiple models, refiners, and control mechanisms
• Integrate segmentation, depth maps, and latent constraints to steer generation towards high-quality outputs suitable for production
• Refine workflows based on output quality, failure modes, and client specifications
• Take ownership of Model Behavior and Output Quality
• Engage directly with diffusion models, encoders, and latent space manipulation
• Establish how prompts, conditioning, and control signals interact throughout the pipeline
• Ensure outputs fulfill brand and visual standards—not merely 'good images,' but functional assets
• Expand Platform Capabilities
• Contribute to new node definitions and AI functionalities within Grip’s platform
• Outline technical requirements for new features across Python/PyTorch systems
• Collaborate with engineers and creative teams to enhance the possibilities in automated content generation
• Extensive experience with generative AI systems (including diffusion models, conditioning, and latent space control)
• Practical experience with ComfyUI or similar node-based pipelines
• Strong programming abilities (Python, PyTorch) with a background in deploying functional systems
• Experience in training or fine-tuning models and overseeing their lifecycle
• Familiarity with visual tools such as Photoshop, Blender, or similar (not just theoretical knowledge—actual usage required)
• Opportunities for professional development
