Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Select and orchestrate appropriate models for processing and analyzing multimodal data.

• Design and implement advanced RAG techniques to effectively manage extensive medical documentation and patient histories.

• Develop agentic systems aimed at transforming critical areas of drug development, including patient recruitment and site selection.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, data engineers) to integrate AI into our platform seamlessly.

• Create robust and scalable pipelines that adhere to production-grade engineering standards.

• Projects involve a prescreening tool utilizing reasoning models and a site selection agent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, RAG setup, agent setup, LLM observability tools, etc.), with at least 1 year in a production setting (not a personal project).

• Proficiency in Python.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French.

• A strong product mindset capable of directly challenging the product roadmap alongside our CPO.

• Experience in implementing and deploying AI-driven features in a production environment.

• Understanding of the evaluation challenges associated with LLMs.

• Capability to independently deliver clean and production-ready code.
