Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate product epics at 3–5 times the pace of standard engineering teams, ensuring that high-quality features are delivered to customers more swiftly without sacrificing system integrity.

• Develop AI-assisted guardrails throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including autonomous testing frameworks, AI-driven security assessments, and automated code quality agents that sustain stability while promoting rapid iterations.

• Leverage AI tools to quickly map dependencies and explore unfamiliar sections of the hx codebase, effectively delivering cross-domain enhancements without being limited by traditional code ownership boundaries.

• Construct and refine AI-native development workflows, incorporating top-tier tools across coding, testing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and deployment environments.

• Convert successful strike team methodologies into documented practices, reusable tools, and streamlined workflows that can be scaled across the broader engineering organization.

• Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders to disseminate knowledge, mentor teams, and expedite the adoption of AI-native engineering practices throughout hx.

• Developed or significantly enhanced AI-assisted engineering workflows that demonstrably increased delivery speed while ensuring production reliability.

• Successfully delivered complex product features or systems across unfamiliar codebases by quickly grasping architecture, dependencies, and operational limitations.

• Designed scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems that facilitated quick and reliable software delivery in production settings.

• Established automated testing, security, or quality systems that minimized operational risks while enhancing development velocity.

• Assessed and integrated contemporary AI development tools, choosing practical solutions that boosted developer productivity and software quality.

• Guided or influenced engineering teams to embrace new technical practices, elevating standards through mentorship, documentation, and collaborative efforts.
