Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions tailored for practical healthcare and operational applications.

• Manage complete ML pipelines, encompassing data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

• Develop and enhance automation systems (e.g., intelligent customer email order processing).

• Construct and refine conversational AI and voice agents to support sales and customer service teams.

• Contribute to initiatives in computer vision, including automation projects within logistics.

• Transform intricate business requirements into well-organized technical solutions.

• Ensure the performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability of deployed models.

• Collaborate across various functions with product, business, and engineering teams.

• Participate in technical discussions, innovation workshops, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a track record of delivering production-quality systems.

• Extensive hands-on experience in building and deploying ML systems in real-world settings.

• Profound understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, and/or computer vision models.

• Strong proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable ML architectures.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
