Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive AI/ML solutions, spanning from data preparation to production deployment.

• Create RAG pipelines with effective retrieval, re-ranking, grounding, and evaluation processes.

• Develop AI applications, including conversational agents and document intelligence workflows such as extraction, classification, and validation.

• Implement image and document processing techniques, including OCR, layout analysis, table extraction, and redaction.

• Integrate with enterprise systems and APIs, facilitating tool utilization and function calling where applicable.

• Optimize for latency, accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and safety.

• Package and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures; automate processes with CI/CD pipelines.

• Write clean, testable code and contribute to internal accelerators, templates, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of practical experience in delivering AI/ML software to production environments.

• Proficient in Python and at least one of the following frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Strong comprehension of LLMs, prompting techniques, function calling/tools, evaluation methods, and vector search.

• Experience with RAG techniques, including indexing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking, and grounding.

• Practical experience in Document AI and Conversational AI within real-world workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Previous experience in the insurance sector, including FNOL, claims adjudication, underwriting, billing, policy servicing, and agent portals, is preferred.
