Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Design and implement AI models that create measurable benefits for our clients.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and understand business challenges.

• Turn insights into fully operational end-to-end solutions.

• Plan, develop, and assess AI and ML use cases.

• Emphasize MLOps methodologies, software development, and integration.

• Present results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data science, statistics, machine learning, software engineering, and/or applied AI projects.

• Proficient in Python, adept with both advanced and widely-used (ML-)frameworks and libraries.

• Familiar with model serving, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Docker, GitHub Actions).

• Capable of writing clean, maintainable code and organizing projects using contemporary software engineering practices (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic).

• Practical experience with NLP and LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Deepseek.

• Knowledgeable about ML stacks on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Fluent in German (minimum B2) and English.
