Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the agent orchestrator in production, managing Slack integrations, scheduled jobs, and webhooks.

• Enhance the codebases (Python, Node.js 20+, TypeScript, MongoDB).

• Independently diagnose and resolve production incidents.

• Provision new agents, flows, and integrations requested by various teams.

• Lead the ongoing migration of legacy n8n workflows to the internal flows platform.

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for AI-driven developer tools.

• Assist non-technical teams in creating automations and AI solutions.

• Monitor the market closely and develop well-structured insights.

• Conduct rapid proofs of concept to validate technologies.

• Formally advise on build vs. buy decisions.

• Establish and uphold governance for tools and data access.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong production experience with Python, Node.js, and TypeScript (backend).

• Advanced proficiency in agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor or equivalent).

• Experience with MongoDB (or a comparable NoSQL database) and REST APIs.

• Background in building or operating integrations with LLMs.

• Excellent debugging skills: log analysis, root-cause isolation, and resolving production incidents.

• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), and Docker.

• Demonstrated autonomy: recognized as a technical reference within the ecosystem.

• A genuine curiosity about AI.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
