Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop cutting-edge AI-driven products and solutions.

• Utilize Generative AI throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

• Create and design intelligent agents.

• Implement sophisticated AI architectures.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce innovative, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

• Deploy AI solutions from the design phase through to production and monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Extensive software engineering experience utilizing Python or a comparable programming language.

• Practical experience with Generative AI frameworks, APIs, and contemporary LLM ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability in building AI Agents and agentic workflows through Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, AI Steering, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Familiarity with LLMOps, LLM observability, tracing, and evaluation frameworks.

• A strong grasp of AI security practices, including guardrails, prompt injection mitigation, and secure data integration.

• Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Agent Coordination Protocol (ACP).

• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, from design to production and monitoring.

• Knowledge of short- and long-term memory implementations in AI agents.

• Experience in cloud-native environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.

• Nice to Have: Experience with reasoning strategies such as Chain of Thought and ReAct.

• Nice to Have: Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration tools like LangGraph or CrewAI.

• Nice to Have: Experience in LLM optimization, fine-tuning, and production inference deployment.

• Nice to Have: Experience in developing custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs and Hybrid RAG architectures.

• Nice to Have: Experience in designing and implementing LLM evaluation frameworks.

• Nice to Have: Experience in monitoring AI systems for performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost optimization.
