Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Design and create agentic AI systems along with orchestration workflows.

• Develop and enhance RAG pipelines and solutions based on LLMs.

• Transform system descriptions (such as P&IDs and technical documentation) into organized Knowledge Graphs.

• Improve Knowledge Graphs by incorporating real-time and external data sources.

• Create KG-to-model mapping logic to produce simulation-ready models.

• Architect and implement pipelines utilizing LLMs, VLMs, and ML/DL models for document comprehension.

• Construct and sustain backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI).

• Execute data processing workflows and AI pipelines.

• Guarantee scalability, performance, and observability of systems.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers and domain experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Python (current versions).

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLMs (such as Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable).

• Strong familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.

• Comprehensive understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.

• Experience in designing agentic or multi-agent systems (orchestration flows, supervisor/worker patterns, state management).

• Proficiency with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Vertex AI RAG Engine, or similar).

• Significant experience in building APIs using FastAPI (or similar frameworks).

• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and managing long-running processes.

• Familiarity with data modeling and validation frameworks (e.g., Pydantic or similar).

• Experience with Docker and contemporary development workflows.

• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j).

• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including document comprehension.

• Experience in Computer Vision and object detection pipelines is a plus.
