Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance to junior members of the Applied AI Engineering team;

• Discover opportunities to leverage AI for significant business impact;

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and create data visualizations to comprehend business requirements and guide LLM applications;

• Establish patterns and practices to enhance the scalability of LLM applications;

• Streamline the Applied AI Engineering development stack (CI/CD, library evaluations, etc.);

• Create AI applications utilizing vector databases, LLMs, and both single-agent and multi-agent architectures;

• Construct validation pipelines for LLM applications, including datasets and utilizing LLMs for assessment;

• Develop small back-end and front-end components to validate proofs of concept for LLM applications;

• Proactively research technical blogs, academic literature, and video conferences to formulate improvement and optimization hypotheses for LLM applications;

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or experience with LLM APIs;

• Capability to articulate technical subjects related to Software Engineering, Data Science, or LLMs;

• Proficiency in Python, Git, and best practices in software engineering;

• Experience in mentoring team members;

• Proficient in English for reading technical blogs and academic literature in AI;

• Strong teamwork abilities;
