Senior AI Engineer, all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create solutions to integrate and enhance language models within the Botario platform.

• Stay updated on developments in NLP and AI research.

• Assist the team in assessing model quality and performance.

• Explore new models and architectures to develop more advanced chatbots.

• Assess LLMs in terms of response quality, latency, cost, and additional factors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient programming skills.

• Hands-on experience implementing AI-related functionalities in software products (from model training to deployment and version control).

• Proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with microservice architectures.

• Experience with ML model serving.

• Knowledge of Docker and related tools.

• Initial experience with the commercial deployment of open-source LLMs.

• Understanding of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

• Analytical and organized approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and a passion for AI.

• Fluent in both German and English, in written and spoken form.
