Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Systems, Data Pipelines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage production agent systems — design, construct, and maintain.

• Implement quality measures for LLM — establish evaluation and observability frameworks.

• Create data pipelines — ensure robust document ingestion.

• Maintain retrieval quality — utilize a hybrid search approach with diverse techniques.

• Develop tailored MCP tools and Agent Skills to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate with the team — work alongside full-stack engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience.

• More than 3 years dedicated to AI/ML or data engineering.

• Experience with production agentic/LLM applications.

• Background in data engineering for AI/ML tasks.

• Practical experience managing LLM operations for production systems.

• Experience in production retrieval using vector databases.

• Proficiency in modern Python technology stack.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

• Must be a US citizen (for DoD contracting).
