This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote the use of the firm's enterprise AI tools within Sellers Dorsey.
• Engage in rotations across Finance & Accounting, Legal, Consulting, Growth, and Operations to implement Claude and similar AI technologies in practical applications.
• Create a criteria-based prioritization framework for departmental rotations and use cases, transforming it into an AI Enablement roadmap.
• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance quality or reduce effort, and collaboratively develop models, presentations, documents, analyses, and contract-review assistance.
• Provide hands-on coaching, office hours, and timely guidance.
• Develop and sustain reusable prompts, templates, playbooks, and reference materials.
• Gather insights on field-level needs, challenges, and product suggestions for Product Management.
• Uphold policies regarding data management, PHI, confidentiality, approved tools, HIPAA, and AI governance.
• Monitor adoption, use cases, and productivity results, reporting findings and ROI to Product & Technology leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Data/Analytics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Over 5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, training/enablement, or solutions delivery.
• Proven hands-on experience with generative AI tools in a professional environment.
• Capacity to work autonomously across various functions and quickly adapt to unfamiliar areas.
• History of promoting tool or process adoption and converting business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and coaching abilities with both technical and non-technical groups.
• Practical experience with Claude or similar enterprise AI assistants.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise with Claude Desktop, Claude for Excel, Claude for PowerPoint, and prompt design.
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, including Excel modeling, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Capability to construct and refine models, analyses, presentations, and documents.
• Working knowledge of P&T capabilities and the Constyn platform.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strict compliance with HIPAA, data-handling, and firm AI governance policies; no PHI in unapproved tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at managing a rotating schedule across multiple departments.
• Preferred qualifications include change management certification, AI/prompt-engineering credential, instructional design or adult-learning training, and Microsoft 365 or analytics certifications.
• Experience in healthcare, consulting, regulated environments, financial modeling, executive presentations, contract review, Medicaid/healthcare finance, analytics/BI, or AI enablement is preferred.
